The Disney animated movie loosely based on real life events and the experiences of the English settlers setting sail for North America who encounter Native Indians. A young native Indian named Pocahontas, befriends one of the settlers, John Smith and the two fall in love. This causes friction between the two parties, as the settlers are trying to take over and destroy their people and their home. Will John Smith and Pocahontas' love be allowed to blossom or will the constant fighting keep them apart?
